Our engineers are multi skilled, gas safe registered and CCEECC  Commercial Catering Equipment Electrical Competency Course trained.

When an appliance goes down it can cost a business thousands of pounds, we provide 2 planned preventative maintenance visits per annum, ensuring your appliances are checked thoroughly to prevent breakdowns before they occur and ensuring they are performing as efficiently as possible.

 

Our engineers carry a varied van stock of standardly used components, are fully trained and will always attend, diagnose and repair your appliances promptly to ensure you are back up and running as soon as possible.

 

We are Rational trained and able to update your appliances software to the latest firmware releases as well as offering safety and operations training on your appliances.

We have been successfully supporting our clients needs for over 25 years, which means we have not only an extensive knowlege but also a deep understanding of commercial catering equipment products, our service team have access to spare parts, wiring and parts diagrams databases, installation guides and user manuals at their finger tips.

 

We carry a large stock of commercial catering equipment spares and accessories and are able to obtain most other parts on an over night delivery service to ensure as speedy a repair process as possible.

BRONZE LEVEL

This is our basic entry level preventative maintenance contract package, offering  twice yearly preventative maintenance visits for the year and gas certification

(if required) for the duration of the contract inclusive.

 

Note: No call out labour charges are included in this contract, any required call out or additional labour charges and any parts required to replace those deemed defective are chargeable over and above the contract price and will be invoiced separately as required.

SILVER LEVEL

This is our intermediate level maintenance contract package offering twice-yearly preventative maintenance visits, plus up to 10 equipment breakdown call out charges and gas certification (if required) for the duration of the contract inclusive.

 

Note: Any additional call out visits required after the initial 10 inclusive are charged above and beyond the contract cover cost. All parts required to replace those defective are also chargeable over and above the contract price and will be invoiced separately as required.

 

Contract term 12 months.

GOLD LEVEL

This is our premium level planned preventative maintenance contract package, offering twice yearly preventative maintenance visits plus all call out and labour charges required and gas certification (if required) for the duration of the contract inclusive.

 

Note: All parts required to replace those defective are chargeable over and above the contract price and will be invoiced separately as required.
